Ordering Policy
Our goal is to fill your order as quickly as possible. Most orders ship within 2 business days of the order date. In the event that we have sold out of an item we may be unable to fulfill your order. If we are unable to fulfill your order we will contact you by email as soon as possible.
Your Credit Card will not be charged until your order ships.
Shipping
Snowgearplus.com ships via UPS ground to the continental US. At this time, we are unable to ship to Alaska or Hawaii or internationally.
If you need an order shipped UPS 3-day, 2-day or Next Day – please call 800-544-8132. Actual expedited shipping charges will apply.
If there is any delay in shipping your order, you will be notified by email.
Returns
At snowgearplus.com your satisfaction is important to us. Any unused and unaltered item purchased from us may be returned for a full refund (less any shipping charges) within 7 days of you receiving your order.
All returns MUST:
